working principle
The cooling return water of system is sent to each nozzle of the spray device through the inlet pipe of the cooling tower by the residual pressure, and is ejected from the nozzle under the pressure, which generates a force to drive the blades to rotate, producing the air volume required for cooling; The air exchanges heat with the sprayed water mist, carrying the humid and hot air out of the tower through the top water collector, forming a primary cooling system; After one cooling, the water drops to the water tank due to gravity, and is distributed on the PVC heat sink by the water tank. The water forms a water film on the heat sink and exchanges heat with the new air entering the tower, forming a second cooling process; The saturated hot air is discharged, and the water after secondary cooling is collected back into the pool.
