working principle
The fluid flows in the coil, and the outer wall of the coil is wrapped in spray water. The heat of the fluid is transferred through the tube wall, forming saturated wet and hot steam with water and air. The heat is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan, and the moisture is blocked back to the water collection tank for circulation and spraying. The spray water is cooled by PVC fins during the circulation process, forming a wind water co flow with fresh air. The coil mainly relies on sensible heat conduction.
Product Features
The inlet method of enables high air flow efficiency, which is beneficial for the coil to be more hydrophilic, improving heat dissipation efficiency, and minimizing scaling to the greatest extent possible. Suitable for process water cooling in industrial fields with high temperatures (such as 50-35 ℃) and large temperature differences (Δ t=7-20 ℃).
